A 3D environment of a rocky canyon with a river and waterfall flowing through. Using photo references of Kanarra Creek, I created a blockout of the scene in Maya, then sculpted the forms in ZBrush before moving onto sculpting the smaller details. Baked the maps from the high poly to the low poly and created the textures in Substance Painter. The water simulation was created using Maya's Bifrost liquid and foam system. The frames were then rendered using Arnold. Motion blur was added to the water in Nuke and final composites of AOVs were done in Photoshop.
